Joel Quiñones is a leader with demonstrated success in improving systems, processes and performance for multiple financial and operational teams. He has over 30 years of experience in improving financial systems at several manufacturing and distribution companies.
Joel has considerable knowledge in financial reporting, strategic planning, and risk management among other capabilities. He was recently the CFO of Prototek Holdings, a rapid prototype manufacturer where he implemented financial controls and professionalized the FP&A and budgeting process. Prior to Prototek, he served as the CFO for Seaboard Folding Box Company and served time as a consultant in which he acted as the interim CFO for Kochek Company and Interim Controller for Wind River Environmental.
Joel’s role as Berkshire Sterile’s CFO entails analyzing the company’s financial performance and making recommendations concerning resource allocation and business operations to improve the company’s financial performance. He will also manage the company’s cash flow and determine better alternatives for cash generation and control.
Joel earned his B.S. in Economics & Finance at Bentley University and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting at Clark University.
